I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, and the dentists were thorough and easy to talk to. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The office is clean, modern, and well run. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great dentist and a comfortable, positive experience.

Finally a dentist that just fixes that one thing. Not each visit is an expensive new thing to add. Of course they can fix things that need fixing and do it with great expertise. But I never realized this level of dentistry where we work together to keep my teeth and mouth together for the long haul. It is wonderful

Wonderful practice, from front desk, Dental hygienist, to dental assistants and Dr Jesse Mann are great. Always on time. Extremely clean office. Take time to make sure I am always very comfortable before beginning. Even give me a neck pillow and warm blanket ,sunglasses. Excellent dental work.

I have had great experienceswith the team at Birmingham Smiles. Dr Mann is so nice and really cares about his patients comfort . He is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job. He always has a smile for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk thru the front door. Cleaning experience has always been great. During dental work, the dentist and his assistant explain what they are doing, make sure you are comfortable and ok and are gentle while doing dental work. Check out is a breeze. Very professional! I recommend Birmingham Smiles Dentistry 100%.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mann and Dr. Rosenstiel for 5 years after decades of dental phobia. They have worked with me to get a comfort care plan in place for any extensive work needed. Their ability to provide pain relief without using nitrous or twilight sedation is unparalleled. The finished work is gorgeous at much more reasonable pricing than the average OTM dentist. Their chair side assistants and hygienists are personable, kind and gentle.

Great staff! This was my first experience with a procedure and I was very pleased with the outcome. My former dentist had retired and Jess Mann was highly recommended. Jess is very knowledgeable and he took ample time to explain the care that was needed. I have found my new dentist and know I can expect excellent care in the future.

Wonderful experience - I have quite a few dental horror stories (yay, redheads!) and after recently receiving some rather barbaric treatment from another dentist, I called over 45 offices looking for one that could meet my needs. The staff was so kind throughout the consultation process, and booking the root canal / sedation. So friendly, so accommodating & made the experience the most relaxing and enjoyable dental experience I have had in my entire life. Although this office is out of my network, I plan to continue coming here in the future, regardless of the investment. My mental health, and physical wellbeing are worth the cost, and the Drs here most certainly are, too.

Dr Mann, Dr Rosensteil, The ladies in the front office and the entire staff have treated me with a utmost kindness and the most professional courtesy I've ever received. I've had a lot of dental procedures and they have done a fabulous job. I knocked my tooth out and I didn't have to leave toothless! And that one visit he was able to work out a way that I didn't have to leave with the gaping hole in my front teeth and then we made a treatment plan. They can make you comfortable and work especially well with people with anxiety too. They also did a bottom row of implants on me and I love them! No trouble at all!
